TK 381/2 Automatic Roll Pack System
This new mattress-packaging machine combines the popular Teknomac roll-pack system with a new self-wrapping film station. It eliminates the need for manual hand-bagging. Mattress units of nearly any core (foam, spring, pocket coil, etc.) are conveyor-fed into the film and compressed and heat-sealed.
These units may then be compressed, sealed, and exit the system for flat-packing or, if roll-packed units are required, travel on to the rolling station.
