The Flat Loop System is designed to move all types of mattresses, including standard innerspring, latex, foam-encased, and pocketed-coil. The system maintains a consistent flow of goods onto and out of the loop by utilizing belt-driven and zoned conveyors with pneumatic lift transfer sections. The purpose of the FLS is to stage mattresses between the buildup operations and the tape edge operation.
